Registration Information

Last minute registration is still available for the meeting at a charge of $1000 CAD

​​Registration includes:

  • In-person technical program and exhibits

  • Full breakfast, lunch, and morning/afternoon snacks for Monday - Thursday

  • Sunday evening welcome reception

  • Fresh mountain air and an escape from your basement / office

Add-ons:

  • GCxGC courses:

    • Introduction to GCxGC or Advanced Topics in GCxGC

    • Courses run Sunday afternoon in parallel (Start time noon)

    • Lunch and snack provided

    • Learn about and discuss the technique with world leading experts





       

  • Conference Dinner:

    • Join us on Wednesday evening for dinner at the Iron Goat

    • Limited tickets available
       

  • Accompanying Persons:

    • Have someone coming along to enjoy the mountains but not attending the meeting? We've got options for them

      • Tickets for the Sunday reception

      • Tickets for the conference dinner

      • Breakfast meal plan available.

​​Details about Payments

  • Payment by credit card is preferred, CC transactions processed on secure servers by Stripe Payments Canada.

  • Payment is made in CAD. USD and Euro prices are approximate and will fluctuate with the exchange rates.

  • Prices above include service fees and taxes other than those that may be charged by your financial institution

  • If you have a large group of people (>5) who wish to register together and pay by bank transfer / EFT, please email us and we will chat with you about setting that up.

  • After you register, you will be sent a link so that you can update your registration with add-ons.  This is useful if you have a card from work that you wish to use to pay registration and courses, and you have a personal card to use to pay for conference dinner or accompanying persons packages.
